best choice is to refuse to pay and go to gaol for 20 years.

  I keep saying that Anarchy is closer than we think. Once the Law
becomes useless, we just start shooting the fuckers. How much use is
the law when ordinary people can't afford it, but boongs and crims
get free representation? Roll on anarchy. I look forward to it. I
have the ideal personality for that (asssuming I don't get shot).
