There was no problem detected by Tobruk, anyway.  However, on
18/4/96, you sent a packet with the first message generated
by "Winpoint", which was technically deficient in that it violated
the SOT/EOT spec, plus it had an extraneous blank line between
the AREA kludge and the start of the other kludges, plus it had
"seen by" instead of the proper spelling.  Tobruk renamed the 
packet to .BAD.  What do you want to do with it?  BFN.  Paul.
