That 50 watt Traynor thru the two 12" Celestions can get pretty darn
loud. It was funny last week.  We started at a comfortable volume and
later the Marshall guy (other guitarist) and bass player swapped axes
for a few numbers. By the time we finished "You Shook Me All Night Long"
ours ears were being razored from the volume.  Turns out the Marshall
guy had turned up the bass amp quite a bit, forcing the drummer to play
louder, forcing the guitars louder, etc.  When you're in a small (maybe
10' x 15') basement room with 6.5' ceiling, it doesn't take much volume
to make things uncomfortably loud.
