    Personal observation as a student regarding how coaches were compensated 
in varying ways (lower teaching loads, extra pay, etc.) while teachers 
spending just as much time as advisers to extracurricular groups got no such 
compensation.  BTW, the coaches getting the compensation for the extra work 
were almost all male...but the uncompensated advisers were largely female.
