When you mentioned they change the law enforcing people to use the lanes, is 
that a provincial or federal law?? 
No I never used the metro to bypass certain areas. I've used the paths to get 
me to Nun's Island and then continued on the path across the ice bridge onto 
the narrow island (forgot name) to get me the the city of Ste. Catherine. I 
do a three day loop of the Chateaugay Valley. Very beautiful. Hardly any
