Hi Don,
So the first drive IBM-PCCO is a 68-pin and the next [as it's showing no 
for wide] is a 50-pin?
How many drives do you have connected at the present time?
Do you have to setup the HBA with jumpers for different termination 
situations or is it fully automatic?
What is the SCSI-ID of the SCSI-boot-drive as set in the HBA?
I think from memory they're both internal, so why not change the PCCO to 
SCSI-ID=0?
