Not unless you tell it to.  You must call DosFindFirst with the
FILE_DIRECTORY option in the 3rd parameter if you want directories.  You
must also add the MUST_HAVE_DIRECTORY option if you _only_ want
directories.

Example:

rc = DosFindFirst(Buffer, &FindHandle, FILE_DIRECTORY |
MUST_HAVE_DIRECTORY, &FindBuffer, sizeof(FindBuffer), &NumEntries,
