Well, I received it today and installed it. The upgrade package includes both 
diskettes and CD, so there should be no problem there. The only thing you 
will miss if you have no CD is the complete reference manual and some other 
documentation. The Upgrade Guide manual (paper) describes the new features 
(which consist of some mods in the way blocks are handled -- not worth the 
upgrade money and trouble, IMHO).
The reason I bought the upgrade was to get HTML output capability, but I 
don't see it in 6.2D. I looked at all the printer and conversion drivers, but 
it doesn't seem to be there. So I may be returning this product.
