Other than with larger programs (as above), or bad interactions with
other TSR's, I've found F3 to be pretty reliable, here, in the past.
Lately, though, it seems as if more and more of the new code doesn't
support F3, and I'm not sure why. I'm guessing that there's something
about the way the newer code terminates that's interacting somehow with
the newer COMMAND.COM defaults of loading to the top of conventional
memory. The fact that the 'PKLITE fix' worked has lead me to think in
that direction, but it's all just supposition, on my part.
