True. There was another this week, on Current Affair or somewhere,
people bitching about having been ripped of by some con men, woman
actually, who were offering 16% per MONTH return on the money invested,
purported used for bridging finance etc, 'bricks and mortar' to make
them feel safe. Even 16% a year is iffy, only a complete fool would
think that 16% a month doesnt stink to high heaven.
