It's a personal preference thing I think. I keep mine at 60 on the
assumption that electricity may thus be saved and I see no improvement
at anything higher. Plus, if for some reason I need to plug in an old
backup monitor, it will work as is rather than making me emergency boot
to backgrade the video to be compatible.
