Hello All!

Ok, I've figured out (by looking at old messages in PUBLIC_DOMAIN), what
has been happening.  The Maximus door is adding a number of seconds to each
message.  It starts off with "seconds = 0", and goes up in
increments of 2 seconds.  I'll see if I can incorporate this into QWK2PKT,
because so long as you have less than 30 messages per day, there is no
chance of a collision. BFN.
