  There's speculation about the ever decreasing time between a patch which
hints at the nature of the vulnerability and an exploit.  It won't be too
long before we'll all have pagers set to pick up MS security announcements.
As soon as there's a patch, we'll dive in, patch first, and restore from
tape later if there's a side effect.

   I'm still more worried about the ones we don't hear about rather than
the worms.   Within just a few hours, a really sharp programmer could have
penetrated a bank and had full control of the first level web server.
