C++ builder (and Delphi for that matter) is founded on VCL.
Visual C++ uses MFC as default.
BC++ V5.0 also had a copy of MFC AFAIK, so BC can compile MFC code, but that 
vould cut you off from the builder part of the "compiler".
The question is, can VC++ compile VCL, and later, can VCL and MFC be mixed 
within one project?
(VCL blends to some degree with OWL, so the same thing might be possible with 
MFC)
