subject: baby cherry-head update

In the past week, I've managed to find good homes for both the female
cherry-head babies (the same ones who have been here for 6 months now)!
The older one went to a woman who has purchased two of my baby
cockatiels in the past. She's now named after her mother, "Cherry", and
is already settled into her new home quite well, and is spoiled beyond
belief.
The younger one went to a woman who suddenly lost her pet Quaker last
year; the cause of death was not able to be determined thru necropsy.
After a period of self-education, she decided to get another bird and do
it RIGHT this time. (her words, not mine). She called me once just
to pick my brain about another bird she was considering, and after
talking to me for two hours, decided to get one of MY babies instead.
This baby (who was the middle child of the three) isn't settling in to
her new home quite as well. It's obvious she misses her siblings--she
found a decorative mirror in the living room, and cuddled up tightly
against it, crying herself to sleep (which made her new mom cry!). She's
eating, but not yet as much as the owner thinks she should.
Does anybody have any ideas I can pass on to the new mom about how to
get this baby over the sudden loss of both her siblings (who she's lived
with for 6 months)?

PS--the big baby boy cherry-head is probably staying here.
