it is mime encoded spam... they're trying to get to to go to some web site...
probably an infester site... if you don't send mail to yourself, set up a rule
to delete them... either way, it is spam...

you're probably wondering how i know it is trying to send you to some web
site... i know because i paste the block of mime into an online decoder and
read the results ;)
