This is a bug that has been introduced with the above mentioned
so called "Fix"packs. It must have something to do with SOM 
incompatibilities, I guess. The workframe is not reliable with
these fixes under Warp 4.

No, they are _not_ !! That's the problem. In your makefile, check
the rule for the *.EXE, where ICC is called with the link options.
Insert /GM and, if necessary, your private include path (with the
/I switch).
