Nope, after that vivid mental image of one Bill Grimsley rushing home every
night to sit under his antenna and shot the next door neighbours pigeons
when the dared to land on it, I dont have any problem believing that.

You quite SURE the problem with Logan City is the
OTHER inhabitants and not just one Bill Grimsley ?
