Thats just as true now.

Even LOC* aint points only. Normal users of the bulldogs system get it too. If
Paul choose to be a normal BBS instead of supporting points only, it would stil
have nothing to do with the mail movers at all, moved independently of them.

Nope, thats wrong too. Mail movers can do what they like on feeds.
You see it quite often with international echoes where someone
chooses to import it and later decides the cost isnt warranted.

The only time a moderator needs to be consulted is gating BETWEEN nets.
