Or... maybe less files?
I dunno... seems like it took awhile on my drives. I set my
drives up this way the first time then changed 'em later. I
had four drives at the time. C:FAT-527Mb, D:FAT-527Mb,
E:HPFS-2.7Gb, F:HPFS-570Mb. None of 'em were more than
maybe 60% full. Don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about
a *long* time. Just longer than I might have expected.
But... I'm new to ACL's. So I'm no judge.
I do know that you can apply "permissions" to a very large
NT NTFS drive and watch it work its way all the way down
the subdirectories in a matter of a few seconds. I
expected the ACL list to be about the same. But... then...
I don't really know exactly what an ACL list is anyway :-).
