FSetupX.exe the setup program for FMail will create a basic setup the first
time it is started. Of course you need to walk through the configuration to
adapt it to your configuration before you have a working setup.

FSetupX.exe works under all 32 bit versions of windows up to and including
Windows 7. I expect it to work under Windows 8 32 bit also, but have no
confirmation about that. If you use a 64 bit version you will have to run a
32 bit Windows version in a virtual machine to be able to use it.

FMailW32.exe and FToolsW32.exe will work fine under a 64 bit Windows version.

Furthermore I can add, I'm working on a set of python scripts to convert
the fmail binary configuration to and from a json formated file. So far I
only have this working for the areas configuration. If you can program in
the python language you might be able to use this for converting between
the FastEcho configuration and fmail's?
