As for "The Low Road II BBS", I pulled that from the README.2ND
file that was
inside the QFront archive file.

Phillip called my BBS asking for some help; sounds like it's just a
configuration problem (echomail working, NetMail isn't). I already sent him an
email with some suggestions.
