Not on paper! I saw it in action in a demo over a year ago - it works VERY
well.

Interface navigation can be done without special training by the user. With
the version to be included in the next release of OS/2, simple dictation can
also be done without special training, although the user must pause briefly
between words. With full training (takes about an hour and a half, I'm
told), it will take dictation in the range of 90 words per minute.
