There's a good reason for it. When a normal new customer first time
calls to a support BBS and downloads he's new firmware, the second
thing he tries is to upload it to modem. ZyXEL can't unzip it.
So, we need to make them realize this one Z means ZIP, or it needs
to be mentioned in every description (normally they got lost), or
we need to distribute them without packing (E2864IE.200). You can
make your own desicions, but I believe .ZIP is the best way.
