I am able to use fullscreen in a dos box on my XP machine. I had to do it in a
round about way to get it to do it, but I have been able to get full screen in
a DOS window. Mtel the telnet program is a windows program but runs in a DOS 
window. I was only able to get it to a little more than half screen until I 
fooled with the properties when the program was loaded. Each time I tried to 
edit the properties with it not loaded, it would always convert to the better 
than half screen mode. I had the program loaded once and I right clicked on 
the title bar and I was able to edit the properties from there and it kept it 
full screen for me ever since.
