That statement on the tape means that it can't be distributed
(shown) for profit or to the general public. Can only be shown in
home. It means nothing about selling the original used or unused
tapes in original boxes.
He is doing nothing more than what I do as a booksales person. I
buy books both wholesale and retail and resell them at a profit.
Many of these books are collectors items and they were bought
back when you could find them anywhere.
