Not really. Had to get on the phone with them to find that out.
Now that I have it sorted out, there isnt much on the 'eat me' list. She is
allowed: Baked white chicken (skinless), lean beef (small amounts), water
packed tuna, turkey breast (fatfree or near it types), Lactaid 100 'milk',
decaffinated tea (no mint types allowed in it at all), oatmeal, rye breads or
wheat (slice a day only), ptretzels (reduced sodium), chicken-rice or noodle
fatfree (or nearly) canned soups, canned green beans, creamed corn, rice,
potatoes, noodles.
No citrus products, low-sodium as much as possible, no eggs (small amounts of
egg-beaters ok if required for cooking but advised against), no milk except
the lactose-free and fat-free types, no spices (or bare minimums), no raw
veggies, no beans, no 'gas producing things'. Nothing except bland foods
basically.
It's essentially an 'ulcer' diet.
Grin, I posted yesterday a crockpot recipe I have going at her house. (She
lives about 1 mile away). Came out fairly good and she's happy with it.
Thanks for the recipes! She's not up to that much cooking yet, but nothing
stops me from making things for her and bringing them over (g).
