No there was no ski on the front. It looked like a standard
mountain bike. I don't think that they even had any different
tires.
It was interesting in stopping at the end. Many just slid into
the padding at the end, especially one girl who it looked like
was injured a little more each time that she rode down the hill
and hit the pads at the end of the course.
