Two Galaxy Class ships appeared in the final scene of Call To Arms, the DS9 
season 5 finale.  The NCC's are not readable, and the upper surfaces of the 
nacelles are not visible, so we don't know if the Venture (or, for that 
matter, the Galaxy) was present.  According to the TNG TM, six Galaxy Class 
Explorers were built, with six more spaceframes built and drydocked for later 
fleet expansions.  We don't know if any of the second batch have been 
completed to replace the three that have been destroyed.  I suspect we'll 
find out the names of the two new ones in the season 6 opener.
