Acccording to Martin Warnett of Netscape OS/2 development and host of
the unofficial Web page, Netscape/2 consists of the version 2.02 front
end and the version 3.0 back end.  They decided to call it 2.02 because
of its appearance, but it has most of the 3.0 capabilities.  It's even
possible to use a "-3" switch with netscape.exe to permit accessing
certain Web sites that require Netscape 3.0.
