BG> Tell me then Paul, how many flash-ROM upgrades have USR released since you

PE> Or more to the point, how many of the bugs I reported in the USR got
PE> fixed since I bought the Netcomm.
BG> Given that none of my own USRs has ever displayed any of the so-called bugs
BG> that you reckon you found, I very much doubt that USR have issued a
BG> flash-ROM which rectifies operator error.
You saw the ATZ bug. David Drummond saw the Supra problem. Just
because you don't know how to test a modem to save your life (given
your CHH results), I'm not surprised. Anyhow, I am more interested
in how a modem manufacturer fixes MY bugs rather than bugs that I
never see, so all your flash-ROMs are useless to me.
PE> No thanks, $200 and the same sand ain't any consolation prize.
Good point.
BG> You could have had an unapproved Courier for well under A$500, had you not
BG> been suffering from terminal paranoia. :)
And an approved one for $675 from Sydney. No thanks.
