Interesting tidbit, there. I would suppose if the state were to run
this program, there'd have to be some sort of compromise about the number
of kids in the experimental group who would (possibly) be removed from
the school.
I don't know about comparing the public and catholic schools. Clearly they
are not both required to do the same task. However, being able to remove
problem students from the classroom is an option that I think should be
available to ALL schools. I believe you have expressed a similar sentiment
in the past?
