Well, that is what I have done - I've detached and worked the steps on 
that situation at my Church.  So far, so good.   Nobody knows what's 
going on with it, but, just for this moment at least, I am okay with 
it.   What I have done is write a short, PLEASANT letter to the woman 
who tricked me into getting into the middle of all that.  I've told her
WHY I am backing off and also letting her know that I know where she 
and her friend are at because I've "been there, done that, 
reincarnated" to quote a tag-line of one of the moderators on WME 
Pagans, that I absolutely LOVE.  
I told her of some of my track record with relationships - or REMINDED 
her of it, would be a better way to put it.   
Who knows, if she knows that someone else did get help, maybe, if she 
ever gets desperate enough, she will do some research to find out HOW I
did it - or even ASK me.  But I'm not holding my breath here.  I do 
love the color blue, but there is a limit, you know?
So I'm taking care of myself - although I can tell my husband doesn't 
REALLY approve and thinks we should be right in the middle of it.
