Yeah, there are a few around, I know a few personally who arent actually
formally ministers but who do say run services when there is no minister
available. Its quite common out here were even the mainstream like the
anglicans and catholics have problems finding enough ministers today. The
local SDAs where I happen to know the minister quite well basically just
charges around the surrounding major towns, only managing to show up for
a service once a month or so. The others do it on the other occasions.

We actually have an identical guarantee on religious freedom in ours.

And both us and they have flouted that when it has suited us too. The SDAs
were actually banned here during WW2, largely because they were anti war.
