Not sure if you are referring to adding more fish or adding fishing
IGMS. If you want to add more fish in the pond then that can be done by
changing the gametxt.ref. Find a similiar line in the ref that has the
word fish (I think I changed my values so the line below may have
different values):

  {at}do `t10 random 30 20 ;<-- Amount of fish in stream today

The first number after random is the maximum number generated and the
second number listed after random is the amount added to the random
number generated.
