It's been out for a while - IIRC Dada-2 works for registered users - It allows
you to set other domains besides @fidonet:

and is able to read some INA: internet addresses from the nodelist rather than
using the remap section.

Also:

Bug fixes:

 - Outgoing BinkP connectivity fix if remote doesn't send SYS line.

 New features:

 - Incoming FTS-5003 charset kludge support.
 - Linux version supports UTF-8 for local login. It's enabled if your
 - BBBSLANG
  or LANG environment variable contains "utf" or "UTF" string (for example
  "en_US.utf8").
