I recall being warned when in college 37 years ago that
corporate entities and government agencies would abuse their
longevity. Either can 'beat' you simply because they live
'forever' and you don't. 

Postponing consequences beyond my lifetime is not only evil it
should be made illegal if anyone in the USA even cared enough
to control what is supposed to be 'we the people'. :-\ 

Embarassing, continuous and never ending embarassment (for me).
