Hi Harald,

Everything working great with it here now - went through the 
intermediate step of flashing from version 1.23 [1996] to 2.5.7.2 [1999] 
then onto 3.1.0.0 [2001].   Surprised to find with the new Adaptec 
paging-memory BIOS, that now hitting 'DEL" on bootup with an Award 
ROM-BIOS takes no effect until the SCSI-BIOS check is finished.  Much 
more informative display on screen at completion too.

Notice that it now will handle SCSI drives to 60GB - not that I expect 
to have any anytime soon [or need them!].
