I don't see that you missed anything, but perhaps your printer doesn't
handle watermarks the same as mine. The fill isn't on the print
dialogue, as you noted, but what I meant was setting fill to 100% prior
to printing. Using the graphic as full page with wrap set to through
may work for you, as Bill White suggested.
