Hi Mark,
How old is that oriiginal BIOS - what settings are in the new BIOS - I 
presume you have the SCSI-Select available on CTRL-A.

Hold on a second - I just remember that on the very first time I booted 
with the new version 3, after flashing, I had exactly the same situation 
- I rebooted again and on the second time it recognised everything! 
Bingo :-\   ?

Try it again - boot twice in a row after flashing.
