WinFossil has proven to be a very quirky program.  It runs beautifully on 
some systems, and horribly on others, with no rhyme or reason as to why.  
Unfirtunately, the author fell off the face of the earth shortly after 
releasing the quirky version.  If you are running a single line system, you 
should use the older version 1.11 instead of the latest version 1.12.  You 
can FREQ it from me with the magic name 111.
