 So, Increase the voltage then!!!.  I was once working near a Unic Crane

 that hit a 33Kv power line. The cranes outrigger legs had 12" square

 pads sitting on 8" of concrete and when the driver (insulated Cab)

 lifted the pads, there was a dozen neat half inch holes cleanly drilled

 though the concrete to earth under each pad.



We blew the main breakers on the feed  for 50miles and had to wait 2

hours for the accident investigators to arrive to take photos, before we

could continue working.
