Yes, I am in favor of it if the staff is properly trained.  For myself, it 
would do away with my objections to tracking if students are able to work at 
a level that is functional for them.  They won't be tracked as such, but a 
third grader may still working on 2nd grade level--but would not be separated 
from others his age.
