I think I remember reading years ago that the Commission can ask a Ham to
take a Test if The F.C.C. decides that the Ham should take the test.
I haven't looked at Part 97 for some time but that thought is in the back of
my mind.

Thats a Lid or a lid, a LID has a different definition according to T.O.M.
I never met T.O.M. but I've heard stories about Him and the Tools He uses
on LIDs.

I've always kept at least 5 KC/S away from the edge of any Band I've operated.
And since the change to the Rules, I've stayed at least 5 KC/S away from the
edge of any SUB-Band I've operated.

Somewhere I saw something about Microsoft having a UPdate for XP.
