I tweaked my W2K a bit here and would guess that few, if any,
XP installs are 'smoother' (or more stable) than my W2K is now.

At this point in time I would say that any OS that _can't_ "run
fine" on a 666mhz machine with 302MB of memory should be
abandoned and forgotten. ;-)
