I just released BTPE 4.00, it is available for FREQ with magic
name "BTPE".  I'll attach it to a few of you who I think might
be interested in it.  That includes you Bill, hope you don't
mind, and I should warn you that "Afterconn" is now called 
"Afterconnect".  I would like to know if any of you have any 
trouble with BTPE.  Note that you need to use the new executables
and new binkley.lng too, as the new one is incompatible with
the old BTPE.  BFN.  Paul.
