I forwarded the proposed amendment summary you made to our region's *Cs and
SysOp's echos together with a translation to Spanish to keep our nodes
informed. To give it the diffusion you suggested.

I asked my RC whether he had heard anything about the proposed amendment
and he told me no. So I asked him to please keep an eye open for it.

Do you have any news about it?

As for this IONs listings and nodelist format upgrade discussions, I'm
sorry to say I'm too busy at present to be able to follow the innumerable
postings in this echo, let alone those in FNSYSOP :(

Since a few, just a few, nodes in my region have actually asked about the
topic, could some kind soul please make a digest/briefing of what is being
discussed so I can translate it and inform the rest of my region?
It would be greatly appreciated.
