Actually, that wasn't the concern. If I could use C++ builder to create code,
and then turn it over someone that uses Visual C++ to own and/or provide
support for the code, I'd be very happy. I realize I would have to provide
all necessary source code required to compile the project (I would of course
make sure it compiled and worked under VC++ if this would work with minimal
effort). As far as my existing Delphi routines, I'll just put them in a DLL,
test the heck out of it and use it from C++ or VB.I doubt I will have any
issues using a DLL written in something else since no one is required to use
my DLL's, nor are they bound to use with Delphi.
Also, Delphi 3 is going to make creating ActiveX controls very easy. So, one
could convert alot of existing components to ActiveX controls and then use
them with C++, VB...
This may not turn out to bad. As I get better at C++, I'll no doubt impove my
understanding of Windows anyway.
