FYI, it appears to be a "dual-upgrade".
Most of the "Goodies" [fonts, clip-art, even  a
copy of the dreaded WP-WIN!] are
        On a CD-ROM disk!
Since few [AFAIK] MS-DOS systems have -- or need! -- a
CD-ROM drive, this makes little sense since
        There is precious little DOS s/w on CD-ROM!
