Before all these different type of diets came on the market, I used to
mix my own seed and make my own baby formula mix.  It was a pain but all
my bird eat everything.  After I started using the prepared stuff, I
noticed their dietary habits become rather selective.  They eat less
fruits and veggies..I mean part of my mixture contained strained baby
vegtables..Anyway, I've reached what I believe to be a comfortable
compromise for both me and them without compromising my birds health or
well being.
